Back in 2004 I made a print­ed Work­ing Safe­ly course for Swan Mul­ti­me­dia Ltd. and its client — Con­fed­er­a­tion of Paper Indus­tries. Here is the cov­er (paper­back) and some of the pages of the Manual:

In 2013 we revised the entire course and changed its design by mak­ing a new cov­er, redraw­ing the illus­tra­tions and chang­ing the over­all look of the body. Here is the new cov­er (again paper­back) and the same pages of the new issue of the Manual:
